Hockey Sticks, Pool & Guitar Hero.
2009/02/27
OG outing today was AWESOME. I had so so so much fun. Though I'm not exactly very good at pool. Haha. And thanks for the cake! I was really surprised. I was so oblivious, I can't believe it. They had actually brought the cake to the pool place and I didn't even realise it. You people are awesome. Some left and then there were 7, counting YouWei (is that how you spell it), who's now part of our OG. Haha. Headed down to Arielle's place and I tell you, GUITAR HERO IS THE BEST GAME EVER. Took turns to play the instruments and sing. Beat It is SO hard to sing. Patrick Stump's voice is so high. Only Emmanuelz could sing it. Hilarious. And Vanesa kept humming like nonsense but she still hit the pitch. Hahaha.
And speaking of OG outings, we had an awesome one on Wednesday :D Even though it rained so heavily during cross-country and we were entirely drenched & dripping wet (literally), we still went for OG dinner! At AMK Hubz. Hahaha. You must think we're obsessed with each other or something. Met many other OGs there too. Played 7-UP after dinner; super hilarious. But the punishment wasn't that gross. Really. And we did so much stupid stuff I'll never forget :D Like going round the table and each person has to sing one note higher than the one before. LOL. So after spending like 4 hours in wet shoes and socks, my feet were ULTRA gross when I got home. They hurt cause they were so prune-y. And they were a different colour. I know, gross.
DINNER WITH THE BEST FRIEND TMR :D
I'm Gonna Miss My OG Tuh Duh Maxxx :(

Friday
We officially got our timetables and mine's SO different from my OG's! :( Cause most of them are taking Physics and different subjects from me. Grahhhhhh. I'm really gonna miss them. I'll probably only see Bio-takers more often. The rest of them are so far away :( I barely see some of them anymore. I'm gonna miss you people.
(I wanted to put a picture of my OG here, but my scanner isn't workingz. STUPIDTECHNOLOGY)
My BFFs.
SaturdayFinally met up with my beloved Carissa, Dawn & Gladys. Saturday was my best day so far in this strange and change-filled 2009. It's so so comforting to be around you all, without a care in the world. After yesterday, I realise how much I really truly miss you guys. Not being in the same school stinks and I miss talking to you people. Gosh, I nearly teared at the train station :( We are going to meet up at least once a month, even if it means having to travel to Serangoon (me).
And they remembered my birthday! Five days early :) And they got me a cake & Mortimer! I was really surprised. (Except for the part when I saw Carissa running away. Hahaha.) Anyway, you people are AWESOME. I love you guys X infinity!
Happy Valentine's!

Today was madness, but really fun. I really love Valentine's here in AC. Omg, I love my OG for being so awesome today. Gift galorez. What was surprising was the guys. We didn't really expect anything from them. But Yi Shuo, Emmanuel, Terry, etc! You guys are so sweet. Haha. And Vicks, Drusilla & Wei Han were like the best, giving the whole group a balloon each. Aw I love you guys :)
Classes seemed so irrelevant today, random pockets of time that went past really slowly. I actually missed a lecture today - Geog. Wasn't really intentional. We were already like 15 minutes late when we realised that we had Geog, so hence the great escape. Which many people are surprised at, coming from me. Hahaha.
Went to SA to see all our beloveds :) I miss them like crazy :( I'm so so proud of SuYee and her short skirts (haha); miss her like mad. I miss Suzzie too :( Really wish they were here in AC. Annnd, the walk from the train station to SA is ridiculous. I think partly because we took the longer round and walked to the main gate. Eunice, Eleana and I were legless when we walked back to the MRT station; our legs ran away.
Made our way back to school for MUTS! Movie Under The Stars. Or rather its lack thereof. Haha. Cloudy night. They screened The Notebook, a romance (erps, duh). The storyline was a little expected and it was really really sad. I'm not one for sad shows though. And we watched it at the basketball courts with zero lights on. Quite cool except for the fact that the floor was really hot and our bums were cooking for that two hours. Pretty uncomfortable but it was enjoyable :) I think the movie's like NC16/M18 so they were super funny when they came to the sex scenes. The video crew would blur out the screen and two guys would do like lame shadow puppets on the screen. Hahaha. Super anti-climax.
Jason Mraz's Lucky has been stuck in my head!
The Dream That Came True.
2009/02/11
These past few days have been an emotional rollercoaster. Feeling tired, overwhelmed. With all the choices we had to make - subject combinations, CCAs, etc. But the end of today was like the bomb. Ignoring the stupid badminton tryouts. Major mood-dampener. And, I realised that it is practically impossible to breathe in the badminton hall. Stuffy.
Waited around with dearest M & R till 5-ish. Tryouts were real tiring but.. I'm in volleybaaaall :D The best part is that Michelle made it too! It is like our dream. Omg, thank you God thank you God. Your favour and grace never ceases to amaze me, truly.
A.C.R.O.N.Y.M.S.
Hello peoples :) I know I appear dead, but really I'm still here. Been too lazy to blog plus was sick at the end of last week, soo.
Orientation was okay. I bet that's surprising. Everyone's like "OMG, I LOVE (RESPECTIVE SCHOOL'S) ORIENTATION. I LOVE THIS AND THAT AND THE WIDE WORLD" It was fun, yes. But the talks in the mornings really drain you and then in the afternoon you have to be really high and enthusiastic. Quite extreme. That I thought was quite annoying. No choice I guess. But I thought the mass dance was pretty cool and well-planned (though I can't dance for donuts.) The games were fun too. But mud day was really.. muddy. Mud-pits, people throwing mud at you & mud fights. Haha.
And the OGLs are really great. I really like my OGLs now. I think we actually bonded more after the orientation. Haha. Irony. Drusilla is like the nicest most sweetest senior ever, really :)
Subject registration today. I'm taking BCMG. Hahaha. Go figure it out. I think this acronym thing is ridiculously hilarious. The first time I heard it was from Hazel. I was like whaat? Lol. Everyone's using it like some kool lingo. Hahaha.
P.S. I'll reply your tags soon, I promise promise promise.P.P.S Carissa, Dawn & Gladys, WE STILL HAVE TO MEET UP. Sorry for last week. This week?? I'll text you!
